Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Company stores, merch stores, quotes, sales orders, and counter sales carry no fee at any volume.
Then what are the third-party item fees?
Orders that arrive from outside Riverr — a client's connected Shopify or Etsy store, a CSV import, or the API — carry a small per-item fee, capped per order.
What's the difference between a company store and a merch store?
Company stores are where a business orders custom decoration through the customizer. Merch stores are where consumers buy products you've already made. One admin can run both.
What's a client portal?
An account your client logs into — their catalog, their pricing, their orders, their invoices. They build their own stores from it and connect their own Shopify or Etsy store.
What happens if I go over my order allowance?
We'll let you know before it matters. Nothing stops working and no order is blocked.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, change plans any time.
